Joel Worcester, Co-founder & Managing Partner, is responsible for creating and communicating the company’s vision and long-term growth strategy. Joel is a life-long real estate enthusiast and his disciplined approach to investing has been key to Worcester's steady growth. Jesse Worcester, Co-Founder & Partner, is responsible for raising capital for new projects, building new investor relationships, and communicating with Worcester Investments’ existing investors. He also consults in the analysis of new purchases and the oversight of WI operations.
Paul Hoffman, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the oversight of the accounting division as well as guiding the company’s financial decision making by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Josh Brown, Chief of Staff, is responsible for overseeing the business units, developing gritty leaders, and executing operational initiatives.
Nickole Nordstrom, VP of Asset Management, is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and vision to effectively manage the company’s asset portfolio and provide an optimal return on investment.
Bryn Charsley is responsible for leading the acquisitions team as well as evaluating potential real estate acquisitions, divestitures, and development opportunities maximizing the potential for our partners.
Marc is responsible for guiding the company through the complex legal landscape of the real estate industry as well as developing and executing legal strategies concerning all components of the company's operations to ensure that the company operates ethically, within the bounds of the law, and with a clear vision of success.
As Director of Private Lending, Sarah is responsible for cultivating and originating borrower relationships and establishing Worcester’s reputation in the Private Lending sector.
Micah Church, Director of Investor Relations, is responsible for raising capital for new projects, building new investor relationships, and communicating with Worcester Investment' existing investors.
Clayton is responsible for translating business strategy and operations into Human Resources strategy and tactical plans, while also identifying and creating policies and programs for salary administration, staffing, employee development, employee relations, legal compliance and benefits.
Nicole Kastle oversees the day-to-day operations of the accounting team and facilitates the transaction and closing process on property acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances. She also works closely with the property management team to develop key financial systems and processes.
