Jesse Worcester, Co-Founder & Partner, is responsible for raising capital for new projects, building new investor relationships, and communicating with Worcester Investments’ existing investors. He also consults in the analysis of new purchases and the oversight of WI operations.
Libby Allman, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for overseeing the operations of all aspects of the organization. She works directly with the executive leadership team to lead and engage all team members, allocate resources, develop financial plans and operational execution. Libby is a business integrator and loves bringing together all aspects of the business in order to benefit the key stakeholders of the Worcester community—team members, residents and investors.
Nickole Nordstrom, VP of Asset Management, is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and vision to effectively manage the company’s asset portfolio and provide an optimal return on investment.
Josh Brown, Chief of Staff, is responsible for assisting in the overall growth and success of Worcester Investments and its team members. He also assists in relationship development and the investor experience.
Luke White, VP of Acquisitions and Dispositions, is responsible for leading the acquisitions team as well as evaluating potential real estate acquisitions, divestitures, and development opportunities maximizing profitability for our partners.
Paul Hoffman, Controller, is responsible for the oversight of the accounting division as well as guiding the company’s financial decision making by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Jim brings 35 plus years of experience in large, new construction and renovation projects in various capacities in development and construction operations including a strong emphasis on multifamily and commercial buildings.
As Director of Private Lending, Sarah is responsible for cultivating and originating borrower relationships and establishing Worcester’s reputation in the Private Lending sector.
Jennifer Gentzell, Team Member Relations Manager and long time team member of Worcester, provides support to our team members in areas including onboarding, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, payroll and human resources administration.
Haylee Irvin brings years of multi-family property management experience with an emphasis in new development lease up communities. Haylee joined Worcester Communities in 2016 as a Regional Manager and leads multiple new construction and stabilized communities.
Kelly Tyrrell is responsible for managing the daily operations over the portfolio which include direct oversight of on-site personnel, maximize revenue generations, effectively manage and monitor expenditures and develop staff to ensure performance is obtained to achieve established goals.
Tracy has over 15 years Property Management experience ranging from conventional, affordable, luxury, lease-up, student and senior housing experience. Tracy oversees a large and diverse portfolio of communities for Worcester. Tracy is a graduate of Baker University, with a degree in Business Management.
Daniel Rains, Regional Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for the growth and development of all maintenance staff. He also evaluates, implements and manages capital improvements throughout the company’s portfolio.
