Paul Worcester, CVO, Co-Founder, is responsible for the company’s growth, identifying value-add apartment acquisition opportunities in the Kansas City area, negotiating offers and contracts, mitigating risk, and overseeing due diligence. Paul is passionate about developing the company culture and its gritty leaders. Paul loves telling the company story and sharing the purpose and core values. Paul also consults on operations and assists in cultivating new investor relationships.

Working Experience

Upon graduating, Paul immediately joined his brothers, Joel and Jesse, and their father, Doug, to start Worcester Investments and invest in real estate full-time.



Paul resides with his wife, Kiran, and two young children, Ali and Luke, in the Northland in Kansas City, Missouri. Paul's hobbies out of the office include spending time with his wife, children and family, sports activities, church involvement, reading, and cheering on the UO Ducks. Paul has a passion for education, mentor-ship and self-improvement.

Proud Moment

One of Paul’s proud achievements was playing with his brothers on the Churchill High School basketball team, and winning the Oregon state basketball championship in 2001. The values he gained from that experience have helped to form the person he is today, instilling a strong sense of teamwork and unity that continues to evolve in his business and his personal life.
